Alliances/Frameworks

Alliances/Frameworks

Operating companies have often formed alliances with engineering contractors for consultancy, design and construction work within operating plants.

For the operating company, the alliance helps reduce overhead by allowing the company to focus on its core business. For the contractor, long term work is the driver. Competitive fee rates are also a major feature of an alliance / framework.
