The client is the UK’s leading independent bulk liquid storage provider with four terminals strategically located at major UK ports.
The client had undertaken a high-level assessment of the storage tank arrangements at its terminal considering flammable atmospheres and environmental permits. As a result of the assessment, deficiencies have been identified relating to tank vapour space flammability and emissions controls on tanks which store a variety of products.
HFL to evaluate the deficiencies and suggest modifications to rectify the issues.
