HFL is providing a process design to upgrade four streams of an existing oil blending facility in line with a previous upgrade completed in 2020

• Pump selection
• Tank datasheets
• Checking of vendor quotations
• Telephone support during installation
• Review of existing hazardous area classification
• Review of existing HAZOP
• Hand mark-ups of the P&IDs to produce final and demolition P&IDs
