An international fuel storage company has awarded Haden Freeman a contract to provide piping engineering and design services at a major installation in the UK.

As part of a recent project, three pipelines, 4”, 8” and 10” were designed and routed to shipping jetties at high level. These are then connected by hose to ship. The new project is to re-route these lines to lower tier manifold locations.

The project will be split into two phases:

Phase 1

• Survey and model existing system
• Propose re-routes to suit requirements
• Issue Navisworks model to client for internal review
• Revisit site, incorporate model changes.
• Issue model for approval

Phase 2

• Finalise the model
• Create piping Gas
• Create pipe support drawings
