BPL – P&ID Surveying and Drafting
Background
BPL collects blood plasma from its donor communities and processes it safely and effectively to manufacture high-quality products that meet the needs of clinicians, patients and stakeholders.
Solution
HFL undertook a plantwide check of over 150 P&IDs. The plant included cleanrooms with classification of Grades A through to D and several of the areas contained potentially explosive atmospheres. The plant remained operational throughout. All drawings were updated rationalised and revised at HFL’s offices under the Quality Management System.
